Privacy policy

ZenServe booking app, operated by Zenith IT Services Pty Ltd. Last updated 5 October 2026.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your mobile number, and your name and email address if you sign in with Google or Apple. When you book we store the service, the day and time window, the address you ask us to come to, any access notes you type, and the booking history that results.

If you allow notifications we store a device token so we can tell you when a booking is confirmed or coming up. You can withdraw that in your phone's settings at any time.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers; Stripe sends us only a payment reference, the amount and the outcome. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the card details you enter.

How we use it

To take, confirm, deliver and invoice your bookings, to send you receipts and reminders, and to let the business you booked with see the jobs they need to do. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The business you book with sees your name, phone number, email, address and booking details for the jobs you book with them. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Neon (database, hosted in Sydney), Vercel (hosting), Expo (notifications) and Resend (email).

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for seven years as Australian tax law requires. When you delete your account in the app, your name, phone, email and saved addresses are removed within 30 days and your Stripe customer record is deleted. Booking records remain without personal details attached.

Your rights

You can see and change your details in the app. You can delete your account from the Profile screen. For access or correction requests, or to complain, email the shared apps mailbox at Zenith IT Services or write to us at the address on our website. We respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
